SimplerSupply provides order management software connecting SME suppliers and their stockists across Southeast Asia. This website is informational, and joining our Early Access Group through it is an invitation to trial our platform, not itself a binding service agreement. Customer-facing service terms are provided separately if and when you become a SimplerSupply customer.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to it. The content on this site, including text, design, and branding, belongs to SimplerSupply and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
This website and the information on it are provided "as is." While we try to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.
Joining our Early Access Group through this website does not itself create a binding contract. Specific terms covering pricing, service levels, and obligations are agreed separately once you decide to come on board as a SimplerSupply customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one.
