SimplerSupply ("we," "us," "our") operates simplersupply.com and provides order management software connecting SME suppliers in Southeast Asia with their stockists. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

We collect the information you provide directly when you fill out a form on this website. This includes your name, work email address, company name, and any message you include when contacting us. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers them to us by email. We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess your fit for our Early Access Group, and follow up about next steps. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it beyond what you'd reasonably expect from submitting a form on a B2B software website.

Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only with the service providers we rely on to operate this site and respond to you. That currently means Formspree for handling form submissions, and Cloudflare for web hosting. If you become a SimplerSupply customer, your information may also be processed within our order management platform as part of the service itself.

How Long We Keep It

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and for the duration of our business relationship if you become a customer.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email gerald@simplersupply.com.
